attentive staff fresh fruit large green area air conditioning uncomfortable bedding dining table odor
I had attentive staff tending to my needs. My room was well-equipped, it included ample water and fresh fruit. I found the towels of good quality and the bedding crisp. Maids cleaned several times each day. The grounds are large, green, and surprisingly peaceful. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant.
My room had some issues. The air conditioning cut out more than five times over two weeks. The bedding was not comfortable. The check-in process involved a significant wait.

helpful staff seamless service
The pool area seemed like a real oasis. the staff consistently provided water and fruit, great. frankie in the executive lounge was especially helpful. she arranged taxis and helped with transfers. Her service was seamless.
the air conditioning in the room would cut out randomly.
